  Mr. Marrk Naficy is an Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP) and Project Management Professional (PMP) with experience leading complex projects using Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies. He manages initiatives from planning and requirements through implementation, testing, and delivery while coordinating cross-functional teams, budgets, schedules, risks, and stakeholders.
